Starter services

Focused work.
Clear scope.

We are intentionally starting with smaller records jobs rather than full citizenship packages. Official fees, archive charges and agency fees are separate unless a quote says otherwise.

01 / German records

German Record Retrieval

Known person, place or approximate date. Birth, marriage and death records; certified register extracts; Standesamt/archive requests; correspondence and reasonable follow-up.

Typical starting quote: $95–$125 + official fees
02 / Find the custodian

Record Location Research

When you have the person or event but not the right office. We research which German or U.S. registry, court, archive or agency is most likely to hold the record and map the next request.

Typical starting quote: $150–$250
03 / U.S. records

Naturalization Record Assistance

NARA, USCIS Genealogy, A-File/C-File routes, court naturalization records, request preparation, tracking and reasonable follow-up.

Typical starting quote: $200–$350 + agency fees
04 / Case-by-case

Something else?

Canadian, Norwegian or other international records? A different archive problem? Tell us what you are trying to locate. We will review the request and only take it if it fits our experience and scope.

Inquiry does not obligate you—or us—to proceed.

How it works

Review first.
Payment later.

There is no “buy now” button because the right source, authorization and amount of work depend on the record.

1Tell us what you need

Send the basic facts through the inquiry form. Do not send passports, ID scans, Social Security numbers or other sensitive documents at this stage.

2We review the request

We decide whether the request is a good fit and may ask a limited follow-up question before quoting.

3You receive a scope + quote

If we can help, we define what is included, the research fee, known third-party fees and what information or authorization will be needed.

4Only then do we begin

After agreement and payment, we collect any necessary authorization or supporting documents and start the work.

Important boundary

Records help—not legal representation.

Gear Arena Records Research provides records research, archival research, document retrieval, chronology and administrative assistance. We do not provide legal advice or determine citizenship eligibility.

We are not currently offering:
  • Full citizenship application packages
  • Citizenship eligibility assessments or legal opinions
  • Feststellung, §5, §15 or §25 RuStAG/StAG legal analysis
  • Appeals or contested representation before authorities
  • Guaranteed citizenship, passport or record outcomes
  • Immigration-law services

Research inquiry

Start with what you know.

You do not need to know the correct office or record type—that may be the problem you are hiring us to solve.

Please do not upload or paste sensitive identity documents here.

No passport/ID scans, Social Security numbers, bank information or full government identification numbers at initial intake. If documents are needed for an accepted case, we will tell you what is necessary and how to provide it.

No payment is collected with this form. If the request is a fit, you will receive a proposed scope and quote before any paid work begins.
